Texans fans can buy and sell their Houston Texans PSLs (Permanent Seat Licenses) using the Texans PSL Marketplace. Sellers may also list their parking passes along with their Permanent Seat Licenses. Any sale of the tickets associated with the seat licenses will be handled between the buyer and seller after the seat license transfer. How long does it normally take to complete a Texans PSL transaction?
The time it takes to complete a Texans PSL transaction depends on various factors, including how quickly the buyer submits payment and how long it takes for the buyer and seller to send in the transfer paperwork to the Texans. On average it takes about 2 weeks to complete a transaction from the time the seller accepts the buyer’s offer to the time we send payment to the seller. Why does each offer expire after 48 hours?
The seller has 48 hours to act on an offer before it expires. This is done for two main reasons:
- To make sure all listings on the site are active attempts to sell- if the seller has multiple expired offers in a row, the listing will be removed from the site.
- To get buyers a quick response to their offer.
