Other Notes	These are pretty great seats. They're almost as low as you go on the upper deck in the corner. There is a wall right behind you where a handicap platform sits, so no one is behind you and you can stand/sit as you please and stow coats behind you without fear of beer spill or what not. If you like a great view of the whole game these are the seats.

Any offer accepted before November 1 will automatically include the buyer getting the rights to purchase any playoff tickets directly from the Ticket Office.

After an offer is accepted, we will confirm with the Ticket Office whether the seller has made any payments towards the tickets. If Yes, then we will get agreement between the buyer and seller regarding reimbursement and exchange of tickets. If No, then the buyer will purchase the season tickets directly from the Ticket Office. The season ticket cost for Non-Club seats can be found on the Permanent Seat License Info page, and the season ticket cost for Club seats is listed above as a total price (not per seat).

Information Regarding Sale of Tickets

Any notes in the listing regarding the ticket part of the transaction are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding. After an offer is accepted, we will get agreement between the buyer and seller regarding the terms of sale for the tickets, and at that time, the terms of sale for the tickets are legally binding. The price of the listing is ONLY for the Permanent Seat License and does not include the price of any tickets.
