What is a Houston Texans PSL (Permanent Seat License)?
Permanent Seat Licenses (PSLs) were sold to Texans fans when building Reliant Stadium in order to help finance the construction costs. Permanent Seat Licenses give the owner the exclusive rights to purchase Houston Texans season tickets for their seats at Reliant Stadium.As long as the owner of the PSLs purchases the season tickets each year, the PSLs are good for as long as the Texans play at Reliant Stadium.
Owners of Permanent Seat Licenses receive the following additional benefits:
· Exclusive rights to purchase playoff tickets for your seats
· Pre-sale opportunity to purchase individual game tickets
· Preferred status when purchasing tickets for other events at Reliant Stadium
· Option to purchase parking passes based on availability
· Ability to transfer your seats to whomever you choose

What is a Club Agreement?
Seats in the Club Level require Club Agreements. During the term of the Club Agreement, you must purchase the season tickets or transfer the Club Agreement to someone who will purchase the season tickets. The Club Agreement for each club listing is displayed on the listing details page in the Marketplace.
Each Club Agreement comes with price protection, meaning that your season ticket price is fixed for a number of years, then your season ticket price cannot increase by more than a certain percentage each year. The following is a breakdown of the different Club Agreements:

What amenities come with PSLs in Club I and Club II?

What amenities come with PSLs in Club Mezzanine?
The Club Mezzanine consists of 3 large suites located in the Club Level that are sold as individual seats. These suites contain sofas, chairs, cash bar, snacks, complimentary programs, large flat screen tv's, and wait staff. You can view the game from your seat or from the suite area, and you also have access to the amenities in the Club Level. These suites are located in the following sections and rows:
Touchdown Suite: Section 327, Rows K-V
Brazos Suite: Section 348, Rows J-V
Tejas Suite: Section 355, Rows J-V

Transfer Period
Transfers using the Texans PSL Marketplace are accepted YEAR ROUND. The Houston Texans have also waived the one transfer per year rule for all transfers using the Texans PSL Marketplace - this allows you to buy and sell as often as you like using the Texans PSL Marketplace.
Transfer Process
During your transaction, we will provide you with the Transfer Form that you must complete and submit to the Ticket Office. Click on the Sellers and Buyers links in The Process area of the website to read more about the transaction process using the Texans PSL Marketplace.
Parking Passes
Parking passes are transferable (except as noted below), but they do not have licenses associated with them.

Parking Passes are FREE based on the following criteria:
· 2-5 Club PSLs = 1 FREE Parking Pass
· 6 Club PSLs = 2 FREE Parking Passes
